LIVE SALE INSTRUCTIONS: During our Live Sales on Instagram, we will show one piece at a time, which will have an item number and price on it. To purchase an item, comment: “Sold, the item number, and the price.” You might have to include an emoji since Instagram sometimes blocks similar words.

If you comment “sold” on any item, you are committing to purchasing that item, and payment is due within 24 hours. We will be taking backup names for each item, so if you fail to pay, the item will be offered to the backup person.

PAYMENT: Once the Live Sale is over, we will create personal listings on our website (www.HealingStonesForYou.com.) Just click the link for “Live Sales,” find your Instagram user name, and complete payment. Any orders over $35 are eligible to use Afterpay, which allows you to pay your balance, in four equal installments. Or, you can just pay in full, via Paypal. No coupons are available for use on Live Sale listings.

Listings should be live on our website within 24 hours, after the Live Sale. We will make one IG post about listings being live, so please turn on your post notifications, since you will not be contacted individually. Shipping costs are included in the total due. Orders under one pound will ship via First Class Mail, and anything over a pound will ship via Priority Mail. If you are an International customer, please contact us via DM or email, after the sale, with your mailing address, so we can add appropriate shipping charges. For International shipments we do declare the full purchase price (we don’t send as “gifts”) and you are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, etc., that your country may charge upon delivery.
